UUJ Students Win Women's 1st Division

The 10-0 University of Ulster Women's Volleyball Team claimed the Northern Ireland 1st Division Title with a 0-3 win over 2nd placed 7-2 Civil Service during the week.

UUJ needed only 1 win from their last 2 games, both against civil service, to claim the title and set up a play-off against the winners of the 1st Division in the Republic of Ireland to gain promotion and join their men's team in the elite Premier 32 All-Ireland League.

UUJ's 0-3 win over Civil Service with set scores of 19-25, 8-25, 9-25 maintained their dominance of the women's league this season. UUJ haven't lost a single match along the way to their league title and have only dropped 4 sets all year. more
